Our History

Family by Adoption Inc. is an intercountry adoption agency which has been licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services since 2000.  In 2015 when the executive director of the agency changed, our name was changed to Family by Adoption Inc.  It was previously known as Mission of TEARS.
